Iguanas

This class is for children ages 5-7 who overall have good gross motor skills just like the Alligators class, but with a younger average age of the child. These children may be developing balance/proprioception skills and have some mild difficulties copying and following directions but overall can focus and attend adequately. They may need intermittent assistance during gross motor skills but overall be fairly independent and be able to follow directions well. This class will work heavily on balance/proprioception skills and gross motor coordination for emerging skills such as skipping galloping and hopping. They will be able to climb and use their whole body to interact with their environment in a fun and adventurous way. Class-size up to 8 children. Iguanas will meet twice a week for one hour each session.
